Low balance
If the quote shows a shortfall and you are subscribed, buy a top-up pack on My Page (after subscriptions open), then requote and run.
If balance does not rise after payment, note receipt presence and on-screen balance, then contact us.
Stalls and failures
Check history status; the control may act as Stop while a job is active.
Restore conditions from history. If it repeats, include job ID and time.
Save vs export
Project save stores production data. Export creates a media file—different actions.
Play after export; if something is missing, re-export from the same adopted assets.
