After subscriptions open, subscribers can buy top-up packs when the monthly allowance runs short, with optional auto top-ups under a monthly cap. Extra credits do not expire. Guidance only—checkout price and grant win.

Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan. FrameGlitch will be offered as Creator / Studio / Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual). Signup opening will be announced on Updates. You can browse the catalog and parts of the workspace without signing in. Cloud generation needs an account and generation credits.
How do I get credits?
After subscriptions open, your plan adds credits every month (annual plans too). Subscribers can buy extra packs, or set a monthly limit for automatic top-ups when they run short. Credits are added after Stripe confirms payment—not from the success page alone. If it seems slow, note the time and on-screen balance and contact support.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off auto-renewal anytime from My Page billing. You keep your plan until the paid period ends; there are no prorated refunds. Unused monthly plan credits expire on each renewal date. Extra and auto top-up credits do not expire.
Can I pay in JPY?
USD is the base display currency. JPY on pricing is indicative, not the charge itself. Statement currency, tax, FX and fees follow checkout and your card issuer.
How many videos can I make?
It varies with model, resolution, duration, audio and rates. We do not invent a monthly count. Launch cloud generation centers on Soul (image) and Seedance (video). The pre-run quote shows what you will spend.
Do credits roll over?
Purchased credits stay in your balance. They are not cash and not transferable. When plan, bonus or reward credits launch, expiry and spend order will be stated per type.
What if generation fails?
Retry from history with the same conditions. Reserved credits are designed to release on failure settlement. If they stick, email support@houray-lab.com with job ID, time and symptom.
Commercial use?
You review outputs and rights. Follow model-provider terms and rights in any people, music, marks or references you use. Commercial use or exclusivity is not universally guaranteed by the service.
Auto-publish?
In-progress work and history are never auto-posted to a gallery. When publishing ships, you will choose which items and which visibility.
Skill Cards and rewards?
Sharing, publishing, ratings and rewards are in preparation, aimed at Studio+. Rewards are planned as bonus generation credits—not cash. Rates will be announced when set.
